Use only the personal information needed for your enquiry.
Information you submit
Our forms collect your name, email address, message, any relevant skills or approximate location, and your consent. Submissions are stored in the website’s database for the IFRCDND administrator to review and respond to.
Do not send identity documents, bank details, medical information or unnecessary information about other people. Environmental reports are private and are not automatically published or shared with third parties.
News and updates
Registering interest in updates records your consent and contact details. Automated newsletter delivery is not yet enabled. To request removal, contact chairman@ifrcdnd.org using the email address you registered.
Access and requests
The submission review area requires administrator sign-in. To request access, correction or removal of information you have submitted, email chairman@ifrcdnd.org.
Technical information
Hosting infrastructure may record technical requests. A daily hash of the connecting IP address is used to limit spam submissions without saving the raw IP in the enquiry database. Public pages do not add advertising or analytics trackers. Administrator sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication service.
Retention
Enquiries should be kept only as long as needed for their purpose and relevant organisational obligations. Contact IFRCDND to discuss the handling of a specific record. This page does not claim a formally adopted retention schedule.
Articles and social links
Published articles, author names and publication dates are public. Draft articles are restricted to the website administrator. Social page and sharing links take you to external services, which apply their own privacy terms. Social feeds and tracking widgets are not embedded.
